Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (SDEC), Founded in July 1947, has always adhered to the tenet of creating new driving force for the social progress, providing good products to the customers,. Its products have 5 series of G128/135, C(121), D(114), P11C, 105, more than 300 variables. The power range covers 60 to 600 HP. In 1994, it was the first company in China to get ISO9001 certification. Afterwards, SDEC has passed QS9000 and TS16949 certification conducted by TUV Rheinland. In 2002 and 2005, SDEC was given Shanghai Municipality Quality Golden Award respectively. In 2005, It was titled the “China Name Brand”. In 2005, 6CT natural gas engine, launched by SDEC, was evaluated to be the best engine for the year, by the World Passenger Car Association. In 2006, SDEC was given the award of the best engine manufacturer for the year by the World Passenger Car Association.
135 series diesel engines are the first set of medium-power diesel engine in China, which was developed and manufactured by Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. in 1958, and experienced several decades of production. The engine is characteristics of reliable in quality, oil-saving, wide in parts’ matching applicable scope, high in market sharing, large in user quantity, easy in part purchasing, simple in operation, convenient in repair & maintenance.
G128 series of diesel engines, on the basis of 135 diesel engine, carries the improvements of burning, engine block, camshaft, piston, connecting-rod, cooling and lubricating system, thus greatly upgrading the whole engine’s performances. This is one more optional power with the better performance-price ratio for engineering machinery like loader, bulldozer and marine engine, power station etc.
Our diesel generating sets select ShangHai “DongFeng” Brand 135, G128series diesel engine as the power, and go with selective alternators. We can choose from “Stanford” brushless alternator, “LanZhou”or “QiangHui” harmonic or phase-compound alternators, “SanBo” alternators(one type with brush and another one is brushless). This series product satisfies the GB2820 standard.
